Leadership Impact and Performance Based Coaching
A tailored coaching programme designed to improve individual leadership capabilities and individual adaptability, impact, and strategic foresight. Included in the programme is a “chemistry” catch up to assess personal dynamics and connection and to design a bespoke timetable of coaching sessions across a six-to-twelve-month period based on individual needs.
