Onboarding

A simple and effective 10-minute survey-based tool that gives managers straightforward, practical insights on how to easily tailor their onboarding approach for new employees. From the survey, an Individual Insights and Recommendations Report will be provided to the Hiring Manager to allow the acceleration of the new employee’s integration and sense of belonging into the business, thus allowing them to make value-adding contributions sooner.

Leadership Impact and Performance Based Coaching

A tailored coaching programme designed to improve individual leadership capabilities and individual adaptability, impact, and strategic foresight. Included in the programme is a “chemistry” catch up to assess personal dynamics and connection and to design a bespoke timetable of coaching sessions across a six-to-twelve-month period based on individual needs. This programme also includes the use and provision of the highly effective LSI diagnostics tool described below.
